Do schools kill creativity?

-creativity is just as important as literacy
-kids arent frightened of being wrong
-if your not prepared to be wrong then you wont create anything
-we are born artists and grow out of it
-as we grow up we are educated from the waist the head and then to the one side of the brain
-we are educated to become proffessors in a sense

-creativity come from different ways of seeing things
-intelligence is distinct
-if all insects would die then all the life on the earth would end within 50 years
-if all humans left the earth animals and life would flourish

Bad Experiences

We called the store and asked if they had a certain item in stock and when we showed up it was something totally different and when we asked where to find this item they were unhelpfull as to where we could find it.
-the worker could have tried to be a bit more friendly and understanding and could have tried to help out a bit more

Went to find something in the store and the person i asked didnt know where we could find something because they didnt work in that department.
-this person should know more info about the place they work at so that they can help out customers better and keep customers happier

The person at the till wouldn't give us the discount unless we spen another 5 dollars when it wouldn't have been a big deal to just to give it to us so we had to get out of line and find something to buy for another $5 and then wait in line again.
-it would have been way easier if the person just gave us the discount because the company would still make lots of money and it would have saved us time as hassle

Hunks hauling junk Foxes packing boxes

I really like the hunks hauling junk company because they are a more proffesional company than most other companies. They also offer a good price for the work they do.They also have a really good website that allows you too see what they do and to book a junk removal time. One thing i wouldnt be sure about is their quality of work this is because they are such a big company now and that makes it harder to monitor the quality of work.

I think the buisness college foxes packing boxes is not such a great idea because even though they promise good quality the company they already own would be able to expant to do that too. This is a better idea because the hunks hauling junk company is much better known so they would have no problem getting started then.

Guardians are the cornerstone of society, for they are the temperament given to serving and preserving our most important social institutions. Guardians have natural talent in managing goods and services--from supervision to maintenance and supply -- and they use all their skills to keep things running smoothly in their families, communities, schools, churches, hospitals, and businesses.
Guardians can have a lot of fun with their friends, but they are quite serious about their duties and responsibilities. Guardians take pride in being dependable and trustworthy; if there's a job to be done, they can be counted on to put their shoulder to the wheel. Guardians also believe in law and order, and sometimes worry that respect for authority, even a fundamental sense of right and wrong, is being lost. Perhaps this is why Guardians honor customs and traditions so strongly -- they are familiar patterns that help bring stability to our modern, fast-paced world.
Practical and down-to-earth, Guardians believe in following the rules and cooperating with others. They are not very comfortable winging it or blazing new trails; working steadily within the system is the Guardian way, for in the long run loyalty, discipline, and teamwork get the job done right. Guardians are meticulous about schedules and have a sharp eye for proper procedures. They are cautious about change, even though they know that change can be healthy for an institution. Better to go slowly, they say, and look before you leap.
Guardians make up as much as 40 to 45 percent of the population, and a good thing, because they usually end up doing all the indispensable but thankless jobs everyone else takes for granted.
Guardians at Work
As a Guardian, you enjoy working as a valued member of a team, whether you are leading it or following a credible leader. You like to work with people who carry their weight. You appreciate having clear-cut responsibilities and being recognized for your dedication and achievements. Your natural traits are those that employers have traditionally valued - and that successful companies still respect. You are responsible and loyal to an organization once you've signed on.
In any environment, including your work place, you are usually focused on making people happy and facilitating harmonious relationships. You often lend "aid and comfort" by drawing on a combination of tradition, past experience, and the direction of established authority. In your ideal job, people would give of themselves and work toward the good of the group.

Discerning

The ability to assess your surroundings and figure out what to do

Eg. when there is a thunder storm outside you use your dicerning ability to decide whether to go golfing or not.

We need to be able to realise what is going on around us and then we have to decide what to do about it rather than ignoring what is happening

3. value-added experience
4. leap into the unkown
5. willing to serve others
6. calculated risk
